Hi Ho Silverhorners! It's me again, your favorite blogger situated high atop virtual Silverorn Mountain. Well this is our week for things from the orient I guess...and you know us, we like to get around...this is not a good news story though....well..maybe it is depends on your point of view I guess....
The evil empire of North Korea (...um...are they the evil empire? I never can remember) anyway...they must be because get this, their security agency has closed down kareoke bars and internet cafes because they are a threat to society....what?????
OK maybe internet cafes...there isn't anything any good on the internet...oops...um...well yeah, but Karaoke!!!! What the Hell??? According to the news the Ministry of People's Security has ordered that all the kareoke bars and video screening rooms and internet cafe's that don't have state authorization have to shut down now...immediately...right after cousin Huey finishes his rendition of Achy-Breaky Heart...no wait...on second thought, shut it down now!
Yup, well that's what happens when you have a socialist regime...the end of kareoke and open mic nights....I suppose wet t-shirt night was stopped months ago.
